Welcome to Your
Journey in Learning

Pine Haven Homeschool Enrichment Program exists to serve families—not replace them. Located in Elbert County, Colorado, Pine Haven is a relationship-centered community where homeschooling families learn together, grow together, and support one another in the meaningful work of education.

Our hybrid model is intentionally designed to honor the home as the primary place of learning while offering shared experiences that enrich, strengthen, and encourage each family’s homeschool journey. Pine Haven is not a drop-off program; it is a place where families are known, children are nurtured, and education is shaped by relationship, rhythm, and wonder.

Led by experienced instructors and committed parents, Pine Haven provides a supportive environment that nurtures curiosity, character, and confidence. Families find encouragement, structure, and genuine friendship, while students grow in wisdom and joy through meaningful learning and authentic community.

A Literature-Based, Living Education

Pine Haven offers a literature-based program that builds strong academic foundations in language, math, history, science, and the arts through rich stories and meaningful ideas. This approach is anything but passive. Students engage deeply with learning through discussion, narration, projects, experiments, nature study, art, games, movement, and creative expression.

Rather than following rigid, lesson-by-lesson classroom pacing, Pine Haven organizes learning around monthly concepts. This model allows students to explore ideas more deeply while giving families the flexibility to adapt learning at home in ways that best serve their children. We believe children learn best when they are actively involved—exploring, creating, and experiencing ideas in ways that foster both understanding and wonder.

A True Partnership with Parents

Pine Haven is built on a strong partnership between teachers and parents. We equip families with thoughtfully chosen curriculum, monthly pacing guides, and suggested daily lesson plans—not to control the homeschool day, but to bring clarity, confidence, and peace to home education.

Our in-class instruction complements and supports what happens at home, encouraging consistency without rigidity and structure without pressure. This shared approach nurtures critical thinking, character formation, and a lifelong love of learning.

Supporting the Whole Homeschool

Because thriving homeschool days begin at home, Pine Haven also offers homeschool consulting services as part of our program. Our trained homeschool consultant partners with parents to design effective learning spaces, establish sustainable daily rhythms, and address the real challenges of homeschooling with wisdom and encouragement.

Both group and individual consultations are available, providing families with practical tools and personalized support throughout their homeschool journey.

Program Structure & Enrollment

Pine Haven offers one full, publicly funded day rooted in strong academics and engaging enrichment experiences. Families may also choose to add a second full day, which is tuition-based and faith-centered, continuing the same rich, relational, and engaging approach to learning.

Families who wish to participate in two full days of learning may opt into the second day for an annual fee of $1,800 for the 2026–2027 school year. Sibling discounts and scholarships are available. Registration for the 2026–2027 school year opens February 1, 2026.
